Express Mobile Labs & Services (EMLS) is responsible for the drawing and handling of laboratory specimens. EMLS does not collect any specimens without a physician's order or a request from a laboratory. EMLS is not allowed to give any medical advice, treat, or diagnose anyone.

EMLS handles the delivery of all samples to the proper laboratory. Under no circumstances will a client be given a sample to handle. EMLS is not responsible for any delay of arrival to the laboratory, due to weather conditions or any other problems that may occur once the sample has been delivered or picked up by courier service. EMLS is not responsible for any errors that may occur at the laboratory. An error in collection caused by EMLS will be corrected by re-drawing at no additional cost. If we arrive at the appointment for the blood draw and are unable to collect the specimen due to circumstances beyond our control (the patient refuses, is not available to be drawn etc) the patient will remain responsible for the full charge of the draw. Any errors in collection caused by ELMS (drawing the wrong tubes, unable to obtain a satisfactory blood flow to the specimen etc) will not incur a charge to the patient or will be redrawn at no additional charge to the patient. EMLS is not responsible for additional fees charged by the laboratory that does the testing. Clients need to be aware that they will be charged from the laboratory that runs the tests. EMLS only charges for their one-time draw fee. We send confirmation out of courtesy, if you are a no show, you will be charged for the full draw fee to reschedule. We make it very easy for you to contact us with any questions or concerns. We may not always be available by phone. You can also reach us via email or text. Payment for our services is due prior to the date of services. EMLS does not bill insurance companies and claims must be submitted by the client.

EMLS is an independent phlebotomy service. EMLS does not have any ties to any laboratories or doctor's offices. Under no circumstances will EMLS release client information, personal or other, to any authorized personnel. All clients' information is always kept confidential. We are fully HIPAA compliant and respect the privacy of the individuals we serve.

For any bounced check or bad check, there will be an additional $30 charge.
